Securing Finance, Project Planning and Management

If you require funding,  we can introduce you to our panel of partners who will help you secure the right type of finance; from buy to let mortgages to bridging loans. We'll be with you every step of the way, but naturally, this part does requires a level of input from you to secure the right funding. For cash investors we will put your money to work to achieve a desirable ROI. 


Along with your consultation we will devise the most profitable renovation that achieves your goals and objectives. If you are looking to secure high cashflow from the first month of rent, we will suggest low touch renovation, but if you are wanting high capital growth we will ensure the renovation achieves the best possible value uplift.

Think of this like when you are selecting investment funds; you can either choose 'Income' as the objective, or 'Growth', and this will steer the type of project we plan for you.

Rental Marketing, Lettings, and Tenancy Agreements

Once all renovations are complete we will then work with our existing network of trusted lettings agents to market and identify a suitable tenant. We typically opt for a fully managed service which gives a fully hands off experience without the need to pick up the phone for a leaky tap. All of our agents adhere to a compliant and legal lettings process, and you will receive prospective applicants who have undergone credit, income and background checks. Once a tenant has been selected, the tenancy agreements will be drawn up and security deposits will be registered in accordance with UK regulation on your behalf, ensuring complete peace of mind.

All you have to do is sit back and enjoy the rental income flow.
